A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable to secure your booking. The balance payable by cheque/cash/bacs a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.

We reserve the right to charge £30 per hour plus £1.95 per mile for substantial deviations of the booking confirmation.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing and are subject to the following charges:    Cancellation within 120 days of the event 50% of the balance is payable, Cancellation within 60 days of the event 100% of the balance is payable.

We will not be held liable for any delays beyond our control.

Smoking is not permitted in the car.

We will not be held responsible or liable for any restrictions with regard to vehicle access at any location.        

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property left in the car. Any items left in the car are left entirely at your own risk.
